Whether you choose a Reiki Break or Deep Restore session, you’ll begin with a short consultation about your goals for the appointment. Whether it’s a physical, emotional, or spiritual ailment, your session will then begin as you relax (fully clothed) on the treatment table and take three restorative breaths of a therapeutic aromatherapy oil. I like to begin each session with a few minutes of a guided meditation tailored to your unique circumstances. From there, I begin the treatment by placing my hands with a light and gentle touch. Sensitive areas are never touched, and other areas can be avoided by request— no questions asked. Many clients fall into a restorative sleep while others enjoy deep relaxation aided by sound therapy.

During a Distance Healing, I use the “teddy bear technique” where the bear stands in for you or your loved one. I focus on their name (and photo, if provided), and spend 30 minutes providing a treatment similar to what they would receive if they were in person. Distance Healing can also be used to send universal life force energy to past traumatic events and future events that may be causing you anxiety!
